Gordon MacDonnell
Registered Manager
Gordon, a family man with three grown up children, has more than thirty years transferable managerial skills and experience in industry. He helped run a children’s nursery with his wife before choosing to enter the care environment. Gordon has worked for Cintre since 2000 and has been the Registered Manager for Cintre House since 2003. Gordon has a strong belief in, and promotes, the independence of the individual. He holds the Registered Managers Award NVQ level 4 and NEBOSH and IOSH certificates (health and safety).

Rob Hogan
Registered ManagerRob has worked at Severn Oaks since 2001 and after working as a support worker and then assistant manager he finally became the Registered Manager in 2005.
During this time he has worked with a team that have achieved several excellent reports from the inspecting body of the time. This has resulted in a service which promotes Service User lead care above all else and has seen a number of young adults move forward into independent living successfully.
Rob is registered with CQC and has attained his NVQ level 4 and Registered Managers Award as well as benefitting from the ongoing commitment Cintre shows to training all members of its teams.
