We are dedicated to the care and support of young adults with a wide range of learning difficulties and challenging behaviours for whom we offer residential care. In parallel, we run an outreach service focussed on a similar group of people but with a wider age remit. We are committed to helping all those for whom we care to achieve and maintain full independent living. We have a strong track record of success.

We are looking to strengthen our Board of trustees and are seeking two people with recent social care management experience, either still practising or perhaps recently retired, in order to guide the oversight and development of our policy and to represent our service users.

Joining our Board will provide an opportunity to share in the decisions with our young people and to continue the development to a full personalisation agenda. It offers close liaison and mentoring with colleagues, managers and staff. The degree of involvement can be tailored to suit individual circumstances but the role is varied and rewarding.
