"It is a joy to visit Cintre"

Cintre is a registered charitable company, providing residential care and supported living services to young people and adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities and special needs in and around Bristol. We were established in 1977 and have two residential homes (in Bristol and Clevedon) and one supported living outreach service (in Bristol).

Our vision is of a world where people with learning difficulties live as full and active members of society, leading lives as they have chosen to live them. We help achieve this by providing quality care and support services to people with learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, autism, aspergers syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyspraxia and other special needs.

Our purpose is to maximise the independence of people with learning disabilities, aged 16 and over in Bristol and the surrounding areas. In a nutshell, to enable independence for those who use our service.
